CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 (3-4 lb.) chicken
1 tsp. salt
4 med. potatoes
2 c. carrots
1 c. celery
2 tbsp. parsley
1 sm. onion
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cut chicken into serving pieces. add salt and pepper. Cover with water, cook until almost soft. Then add onion, potatoes, celery, carrots and parsley and noodles. Cook approximately 20 minutes.

DOUGH:

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2-3 tbsp. water

For dough add all ingredients together, making a dough, then roll 1/8 inch thin. Cut into 1 inch square and drop into boiling broth. Serve 8-10.
