WHEAT OR RYE CRISPS 
1 c. whole wheat or rye flour
1/4 c. soy flour
3 tbsp. oil or lard
1/3 c. water
1/2 tsp. bone meal

Mix flours. Mix oil or lard with water. Add liquid to flour and mix well. Roll out on cookie sheet and bake until golden brown at 350 degrees. Break into bite size chunks (or pre-cut with cookie cutter before baking).
