EASY PUMPKIN PIE | |
2 eggs 1 can (16 oz.) solid pack pumpkin 1 can (12 fluid oz.) Pet evaporated milk 3/4 c. sugar 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1/2 tsp. salt 1 deep dish or 2 reg. Pet Ritz pie crusts 1. Preheat oven and baking sheet to 375 degrees F. 2. In large bowl with a wire whisk combine first 6 ingredients. Place pie crust(s) on baking sheet. 3. Pour filling into pie crust. Bake 70 minutes (45 minutes for reg. crusts) or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Garnish with whipped topping. |
