EASY PUMPKIN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
2 tbsp. butter
1 (13 oz.) can skim evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can solid pack pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pie plate. Beat all ingredients until smooth, 1 minute in blender on high or 2 minutes with hand mixer. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted into center comes out clean, 50-55 minutes. This pie makes its own crust.
