RAW APPLE CAKE 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. raw apple chunks

Mix eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla. Add flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Batter will be very thick. Stir in nuts and apples. Place in greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350°F for 55 minutes or until well browned.
