APPLE CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE 
3 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 1/4 c. unsifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts, broken
6 med. or 5 lg. apples (in chunks - not too small)
1 c. chocolate chips

In a medium bowl, beat eggs. Add sugar slowly into the mixture. Add oil. In another bowl, mix together the dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon). Add the dry mixture to the egg mixture (by hand). Add the apples, nuts, and chocolate chips. Put the mixture into an ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for about 1 hour in a 350 degree oven. Cool before cutting into bars.
