EASY BLUEBERRY COFFEECAKE 
1 qt. Blueberries
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. corn oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 eggs

Grease 10 inch pie plate and add blueberries. Combine pecans and 1/2 cup sugar and spread over blueberries. Melt butter, add oil, 1 cup sugar, flour and eggs. Beat and pour over the berry mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

Use any other berries: cherries, strawberries, etc.
