SPECIAL FRENCH TOAST 
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar

Mix ingredients together. Cut 1 loaf of French bread on a diagonal. Dip in mixture. Lay in jelly roll pan. Pour excess mixture over bread. Refrigerate overnight.

Next morning fry French toast on griddle. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Clean and spray Pam on pan. Put fried French toast on pan and warm in oven for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve. Sprinkle with powdered sugar..
