ORZO 
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. Orzo
2 cans chicken broth
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. basil
Pepper & salt

Saute Orzo in butter until browned. Add chicken broth, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover until all liquid is absorbed (approximately 20 minutes). Add cheese, basil, salt and pepper.
