4 egg whites, beaten stiff
Egg yolks
1 c. milk
1 c. pancake mix
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. sugar

Beat egg yolks, add milk and pancake mix. Add cinnamon and sugar. Mix well; add egg whites. Fry in Wesson oil. Delicious with warmed syrup and butter.
