CHAMPAGNE PUNCH 
2 bottles (fifths) champagne
2 bottles (fifths) sauterne
1 qt. soda water
1/2 c. brandy
1/2 c. Grand Marnier
1/2 c. honey
Frozen fruit such as strawberries, cherries, grapes, plums may be used instead of ice cubes so the punch is not diluted.

Chill all ingredients and the punch bowl. When ready to serve the punch, remove fruit from the freezer. Fill the punch bowl with the chilled ingredients and place the frozen fruit in the center. Makes 5 quarts or 40 (4 ounce) servings.
