FETTUCCINE SUPREME 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. boiling water
1/2 c. parmesan or Romano cheese
2 can minced clams, optional

Heat over double boiler until hot, stirring until smooth. Use as sauce over spaghetti.
