POTATOES GORGONZOLA BAKE 
4 lbs. red potatoes
4 tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. crumbled gorgonzola cheese
1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 c. parsley, minced
2 lg. green onions, sliced thin
1 lg. garlic clove, minced
3/4 tsp. salt
Pinch cayenne pepper

Steam potatoes 25 minutes (cool and cut in 1/2 inch slices). Melt butter and brush in bottom of 9x13 inch glass dish. Layer 1/2 potatoes and 1/2 of rest of ingredients. Repeat layers putting cheese on top. Pour remaining butter on top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serves 12.
