SPICY WINE POT ROAST | |
3-4 lb. pot roast 1 sm. chopped onion 1 pkg. brown gravy mix 1 c. water 1/4 c. catsup 1/4 c. dry red wine 2 tsp. spiced mustard 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. garlic powder Place roast in crock pot. Combine ingredients in small bowl and pour over roast. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Remove roast and make gravy by using flour dissolved in a small amount of water. Easy to assemble on a day when you'll be out for the whole day! |
