DEVILED EGGS 
6 boiled eggs
Salt & pepper
Dash of paprika
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. salad dressing

Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise. Carefully spoon out yolk and put on dinner plate. Mash the yolks with a fork, then add onion, mustard, salad dressing, salt and pepper. Mix well and spoon yolk mixture into the egg whites. Before serving, sprinkle paprika on top. Serves 6.
