DEVILED HAM PUFFS 
1 c. water
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs

In saucepan bring water and butter to boil. Stir in flour. Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs until smooth and glossy. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

FILLING:

3 (4 1/2 oz. each) cans deviled ham
1 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. onion salt
1/3 c. sour cream

Mix all above ingredients. Cut off tops of puffs and fill with ham mixture. Makes 5-6 dozen. Can also be used for chicken salad or tuna salad filling.
