TOFU CHEESECAKE 
2 eggs
1 lb. fresh tofu, soft
1/2 c. honey
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 graham cracker crust

1. Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth.

2. Turn into graham cracker crust or lightly buttered baking dish, 8 inch.

3. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
