SAUSAGE FRUIT CAKE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 lb. brown sugar
1 c. cooked raisins
1 c. raisin juice
3 c. flour
1 c. nut meats
1 c. glazed candied mixed fruit
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 lg. egg

Mix sausage and sugar together. Add hot raisin juice. Add raisins and beaten egg. Sift dry ingredients together. Mix into sausage mixture. Add nuts and fruit. Lightly grease and flour a large tube pan or two small ones. Bake at 375 degrees for large pan 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Bake small pan 35 to 40 minutes. Very good.
