POTTED CHICKEN A LA MARIE 
2 chicken breasts, cut in half
3 med. potatoes
4 carrots
2 med. onions
1 garlic clove, cut in half
1 sm. can whole tomatoes
Grated Romano cheese
Oregano

In a deep frying pan, add a little oil. Flour chicken and brown it. Add potatoes, carrots, onion and garlic. Add can of tomatoes on top and break up. Add grated cheese, oregano and a glass of water (if it becomes dry, add more water). Cook until tender and ready to eat.
