MARY'S SCALLOPED CHICKEN 
1 qt. cooked chicken
1 1/2 qt. cubed dry bread
3/4 c. butter
1/4 c. broth
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp. sage
3 tbsp. chopped onion

GRAVY:

4 c. broth
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour

Cube chicken and place in 8 x 8 pan. Mix bread, butter, onions, salt, sage, and broth. Cover chicken with this mixture.

Top with gravy; mix butter and flour and pour in broth to thicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
