SAVORY CHICKEN SCALLOP 
4 c. diced, cooked chicken
3 c. fine, soft bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped pimiento
3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. milk
4 slightly beaten eggs
1 recipe Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Combine all ingredients except mushroom sauce. Spoon into 9"x13" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 53 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cut in squares. Serve with mushroom sauce. Makes 12 servings.

CREAMY MUSHROOM SAUCE:

1 c. condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1 c. sour cream

In saucepan combine ingredients, heat and stir until hot through.
