BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 pkg. frozen broccoli chopped
3 slices buttered bread (toasted & cubed)
8 oz. velveeta cheese
1 pkg. Kraft garlic cheese
2 cans mushroom soup

Drain broccoli and put in buttered baking dish once it has been cooked. Put bread cubes on top of broccoli. In double boiler melt cheese. Mix soup with cheese. Pour over broccoli mixture and bake at 350°F until bubbly, usually 30 minutes.
