ROLL - UP PANCAKES 
4 to 5 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix ingredients together. Batter will be thin. Use large skillet with a bit of oil. Lightly brown on both sides. Pour on syrup then roll up the pancake. Cut into 1/2 inch slices to eat.
