3 c. canned yams, mashed
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. Carnation milk
2 well beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat all ingredients with mixer 2 minutes and pour into casserole dish.

TOPPING:

Mix and sprinkle over top of yams:

1 tbsp. flour
1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
