SWEET POTATO BAKE 
2 (16 oz.) cans sweet potatoes or fresh potatoes
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. pecans

Boil and drain sweet potatoes, mash well; add sugar, salt, eggs, milk, vanilla and butter. Mix well. Pour in ungreased baking dish. Mix together brown sugar, butter, flour and cinnamon with fingertips until crumbly. Spread on top of sweet potatoes. Add pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
