RHUBARB CRISP 
4 c. rhubarb, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 egg
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1/2 c. flour

Combine rhubarb, white sugar and egg. Pour in a 9x9 inch baking dish. Combine oatmeal, brown sugar, flour and butter. Pour over rhubarb mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
