PRALINE CHEESE CAKE 
1 c. graham crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/4 c. dark brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Combine softened cream cheese, brown sugar, and flour. Mix on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mix well after each. Blend in vanilla. Pour over crumbs in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-65 minutes.

Loosen edges from rim of pan. Cool before removing rim. Chill. Brush with maple syrup and garnish with pecan halves, if desired.
