PRALINE CHEESECAKE | |
1 c. graham cracker crumbs 3 tbsp. sugar 3 tbsp. butter, melted 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 1/2 c. dark brown sugar, packed 2 tbsp. flour 3 eggs 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. finely chopped pecan halves Maple syrup Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press into bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar (dark brown) and flour, mixing until blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in vanilla and nuts. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan. Cool before removing rim. Chill. Brush with maple syrup and garnish with pecan halves. Serves 10 to 12. |
