BEEF CRUNCH CASSEROLE | |
2 c. diced roast beef (or turkey or pork) 1 can drained French style green beans 1 c. leftover beef gravy 1 sm. can drained mushrooms 2 c. chow mein noodles 1 can French fried onion rings Place beans in a shallow microwave dish. Top with meat and mushrooms. Spread gravy over the mixture. Combine noodles and onion rings; sprinkle over the top. Microwave at 80% power for 20 minutes. |
