CORN PUDDING 
2 1/2 c. corn
3/4 c. milk, scald
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. chopped green pepper or pimiento
2 tbsp. butter

Combine corn, milk and eggs. Add crumbs, onion, green pepper and salt and pepper to taste. Add butter. Pour into greased casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
