2 c. cold milk
1 (4 serving size) pkg. chocolate flavor pudding
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed
1 (16 oz.) pkg. chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
1 pkg. gummy worms

Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in whipped topping and half of crushed cookies. Place some of the crushed cookies into clear bowl. Fill bowl 3/4 full with pudding mixture. Top with remaining crushed cookies. Refrigerate 1 hour; decorate.
