1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter, room temperature
1 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
5 1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. flour

Cream sugars, butter and oil well. Add other ingredients in order given and beat well. Drop on cookie sheets and flatten with bottom of a glass that has been sugared. Bake at 350 degrees until edges of bottom start to turn golden.
