2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Sift together three times; set aside. 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 egg 1 egg yolk 1 c. mashed bananas 3/4 c. buttermilk

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and egg yolk. Beat well. Add bananas; mix well. Add buttermilk alternately with ingredients. Bake in greased and floured pans in 350 degree oven. Cool, ice with Butter Cream icing or cream cheese icing.
