PISTACHIO BARS 
CRUST:

36 Oreo cookies, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Press mixture in pan. Save some crumbs for dessert top. Beat: 1 c. powdered sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Put on crust. Mix 2 packages instant pistachio pudding, 3 cups milk (a little less). Put on second layer. Spread on the rest of the Cool Whip and sprinkle with saved cookie crumbs.
