PEANUT BUSTER PARFAIT BARS

1 (1 lb.) pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix together and pat in 9 x 13 inch pan. Freeze to set.

2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
2/3 c. chocolate chips

Cook and boil for 8 minutes. Cool.
