CHICKEN - A - LA - KING 
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green peppers
2 tbsp. butter
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/3-1/2 c. milk
1 c. cubed, cooked chicken or turkey
2 tbsp. diced pimento
Dash pepper
Toast or rice

Cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Blend in soup and milk; add chicken, pimento and pepper. Heat slowly; stir often. Serve over rice or toast. Makes 4 servings.
