CINNAMON CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter
1 c. water
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

In mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt. In saucepan, put butter, shortening, cocoa, and water. Bring to boil; remove from heat and pour over flour mixture. Add the eggs, vanilla, buttermilk, and soda; beat. Pour into 12 x 18 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1/3 c. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar

Mix butter, cocoa, and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour hot mixture over powdered sugar and beat well. Pour over hot cake. Start making frosting 5 minutes before cake is done.
