CINNAMON BREAD 
1/4 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk or sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all together and put 1/2 of dough in a greased and floured bread tin. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Sprinkle half of it over the dough. Add the rest of the dough to the pan and sprinkle the remainder of the sugar/cinnamon mixture. Run a knife through the batter to swirl gently. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees.
