COTTAGE POTATOES 
10 lg. potatoes, cooked in jackets then cubed
1 med. green pepper, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
2 c. bread crumbs
12 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. milk

Mix first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Mix butter and milk together and pour over rest of ingredients. Mix well. Bake, covered, in greased 4 quart casserole at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
