You all need to quit mixing it with jello and just drink it from a jar.

Good God, this is a cooking website, not a forum for who drinks too much and what should and shouldnt be legal. Use everclear if you want, just dont be stupid. If you dont want to, then DONT!

You can make gummy worms extra special by soaking them in vodka or tequila for a few hours. NOT for kids.

Use orange skins for container. Cut oranges in half. Dig out pulp (cut up for fruit salad or mix in with regular salad or make anything you want out of it.) fill oranges peel halves with jello shot mixture and refrigerate till hardened. Slice in half or into wedges. Fun presentation. Your guests will love it!

Jello shots are fun to do in different colors. When I make them at home I use: Green for 25% vodka (1/4 cup of vodka instead of cold water), blue for 50% vodka (1/2 cup of vodka instead of cold water), grape for 75% and red for 100%

you can get the jello shot cup and lids at SAMS CLUB real cheap they come in a big sleeve cant remember how many in sleeve.

Just this last weekend we used Whip Cream flavored vodka by Pinnacle. Yum!

We make jello shots with flavored vodka matched to the jello. we use veterinary syringes, which work well and can be washed out and sanitized. Blue UV and Blue raspberry jello is great.

Pour your mixture into a high sided cookie sheet or cake pan. Once jelled just take a knife and cut squares. Simple and reusable.

I would not chance using everclear---a relative of mine who has drank for years had a minute amount and died from alcohol poisoning---they did not have anything else in thier system and was very athletic and healthy, Doctor said --some people cannot drink it at all---and find out only by drinking it and it's too late then--If you do use it----advise everyone there about the risk of everclear if they have not tried it before---and make sure they don't start slamming them down----take your time---it will sneak up on you...

To make jello shots all you have to do is follow the directions on the box. For a 3 oz. box of jello - mix the powder with 1 cup boiling water. Stir until the powder is dissolved. Cool but do not gel. Then add 1 cup vodka. Pour into shot-size cups and refrigerate.
