SWEET AND SOUR DELIGHT 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, sliced
1 shredded carrot
1 (8 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (6 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. wine vinegar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. raisins

Brown beef, onions and carrots. Drain excess fat. Add cornstarch, vinegar, raisins, enough juice from fruit to make 1/2 cup. Cook until sauce is thickened. Add oranges and pineapple. Heat through. Serve over rice.
