FRENCH BREAKFAST PUFFS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Mix first five ingredients. Set aside. Combine egg, milk and melted butter. Add to flour mixture, stirring just until blended. Bake in greased muffin pans at 350 degrees 20 to 25 minutes. Immediately dip tops of muffins in 3 tablespoons melted butter and then into mixture of 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
