FRENCH BREAKFAST PUFFS 
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter (melted)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Beat egg; stir n milk and oil. Stir in remaining ingredients all at once just until flour is moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.)

Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake until golden brown. Bake 400 degrees 20 minutes.

Mix sugar and cinnamon. Immediately roll hot muffins in melted butter, then in sugar-cinnamon mixture. Best served warm.
