BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 soup can milk
1 sm. can mushrooms (optional)
Crispy Chinese noodles

Cook broccoli according to box directions. Cook onions and celery in butter until tender. Add broccoli to onion mix. Add cheese, soup, rice and mushrooms to mixture. Add milk last. Put all in covered casserole dish. Sprinkle noodles on top. Bake in oven at least 1 hour at 350 degrees.
