BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked & drained
1 can creamed corn
3 eggs, beaten
1 slice white bread, broken into crumbs
1 stick butter, melted
1 can Chinese crisp noodles

Mix bread crumbs, beaten eggs and melted butter. Pour over creamed corn and broccoli in greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Put Chinese noodles on top of casserole mixture. Return to oven for a few minutes until light brown. I sometimes put a small jar of pimiento in for color.
