BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 can water chestnuts, toasted bread crumbs, crackers, or Chinese noodles (your choice)
8 oz. sour cream
1 env. dehydrated onion soup

Cook broccoli slightly; drain and chop. Mix with drained water chestnuts, sour cream, and soup mix in a buttered casserole. Top with your choice of bread or cracker crumbs or Chinese noodles. Bake at 350 degrees until heated thoroughly.
