CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 chickens, cooked and cut in pieces
2 bags broccoli, cooked
2 cans mushrooms
1 c. water chestnuts
1 c. celery, cut up
2 sm. onions, diced
1 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. curry powder
1 (16 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, cooked
1 lb. cheese, shredded

Saute mushrooms, water, water chestnuts, celery, and onions. Mix together with rest of ingredients, except cheese. Add shredded cheese on top and let melt a little. Top with slivered Almonds and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Feeds a crowd.
