BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion, chopped
1/2 lb. Pennsylvania Dutch egg noodles
6-8 slices American cheese, cut up
1/8 lb. butter and salt to taste
Touch of nutmeg

Cook noodles and drain (do not cook all the way). Mix all ingredients together and cook in crock pot 4-5 hours on low.
