FROZEN VEGETABLE SALAD | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli pieces 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas 1 head lettuce 4 green onions, sliced 6 to 8 fresh mushrooms, sliced 6 hard cooked eggs, sliced 1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled DRESSING: 2 c. mayonnaise 1 c. sour cream 1 env. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing mix Thaw spinach, broccoli and peas in package. Squeeze spinach until almost dry. Put vegetables on paper towels to drain well. Shred lettuce and place in a deep 9x13 inch glass dish. Add rest of ingredients and toss well until vegetables are well coated with the dressing. |
