FROZEN VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 lg. bag frozen mixed vegetables, cooked as directed and drained
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced green peppers
1 c. red kidney beans, drained

DRESSING:

3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. vinegar

Blend and cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Add to vegetables and blend.
